Create your own paper to make special holiday cards! I used enamel paints to create the marbled swirl effect on cardstock and then made some cards. The abstract flower is a nice alternative to the classic Christmas poinsettia. For the other card, I added glitter along the swirls of the print. Make each card unique by experimenting with different types of paper.
Add a rustic touch to your party decor with this burlap table runner. It’s incredibly easy to make. Burlap is available in a variety of colors; you can find practically any color online. With such an assortment, you can use these runners for any occasion; so mix it up and have fun decorating!

These rustic balls are a great way to decorate on a minimal budget. Just grab some paper, some burlap and fabric, a little bit of glue, and you’ll wow your friends with your creative talent! Since I love combining textures and colors, I decided to make some with different textured fabric in addition to burlap. Add more variety to your display by centerpiece by making a range of sizes.

Could these centerpieces be any simpler to make? All you need is a few pieces of paper, a few jars that have been lying around your house and some tape! Add any appliqué or a band of ribbon to break up strong lines or patterns on the paper sleeve. Cluster multiple jars of different heights. Swap out the paper for any holiday and wow your family and friends with your craftiness!
Blitz crafting! In a challenge to make a door hanger in 30 minutes or less, I created this by repurposing a cardboard box, some scrapbook paper, glue and glitter. You can make yours to say whatever you like—Happy Holidays, Merry Christmas, etc.
This ornament is a variation to these paper ornaments. I made this one with shades of blues, but feel free to mix and match colors as desired. Try cutting larger strips of paper to create different ornaments!
Love, love, love paper crafting! These icosahedrons are fun to make and super cute. You can switch up the size of circles to make these cuties smaller or larger. Jumbo-size it and use them as ceiling decorations! Instead of buying new cardstock, try making these from old Christmas cards, gift bags or even gift boxes. When choosing paper, I recommend selecting 3 different colors/prints.

These are a bit tedious, but fun to make. I like the illusion that the ellipses are colliding; it makes me think of rings around Saturn. I used holiday cardstock, but double-sided cardstock would be even better!
