Good for parties/potlucks, Kid friendly

Ingredients

1 cup flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter
4 cups apples, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons butter

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Crust:
  1. Mix flour , sugar, salt, and butter with a pie blender and pat in a 7"x11" or 8"x8" pan.

Filling:
  1. Peel and slice apples, add sugar and cinnamon. place in pie crust.

Streusel:
  1. Mix flour, sugar, salt and butter with a pastry blender. Sprinkle over apple mixture, in pie crust. Bake for 45 to 50 Minutes.
