Ingredients

1 5x9 pound cake—either homemade or store bought
1 package prepared fat free vanilla instant pudding, divided in 2
1 package fresh or frozen strawberries (thawed), sliced
1–2 ripe bananas, sliced
1 container fat free Cool Whip

Directions

  1. Cut up the pound cake into bite size pieces and divide into two.

  2. In a large trifle bowl or dessert bowl, layer 1/2 of the pound cake.

  3. On top of the pound cake, layer 1/2 of the prepared pudding.

  4. On top of the pudding, layer bananas. Hint: If your bowl is see-through, stick some of the bananas to the side for effect.

  5. On top of the bananas, spread 1/2 of the Cool Whip.

  6. On top of Cool Whip, layer the remaining pound cake.

  7. On top of that, layer the remaining pudding.

  8. On top of that, layer the strawberries. Hint: If your bowl is see-through, stick some of the strawberries to the side for effect.

  9. On top of that, layer the remaining Cool Whip.

  10. Top with large whole strawberries if desired.

  11. ENJOY!
