Recipe Details

50 minutes

Ingredients

1 can (29 ounce) pure pumpkin
1 can (12 ounce) evaporated milk
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3 teaspoons cinnamon
1 box yellow cake mix
1 cup chopped pecans
3/4 cup melted margarine

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Grease a 13x9 inch cake pan.

  3. Mix first 6 ingredients

  4. Pour into Prepared pan.

  5. Sprinkle cake mix on the top and cover with pecans.

  6. Pour melted margarine over top.

  7. Bake for 50 minutes.
