I have made these twice: once for a choir party, and once for my quilting group. A 3-year-old at one of the parties found them irresistible! People tell me the spinach balls are delicious, and I receive many requests for the recipe. One tip for faster cleanup: Line the baking pan with foil and coat that with the non-stick cooking spray.
