Ingredients

Strawberry-Kiwi Ice Ring:
3 cups white grape juice or bottled spring water, divided.
1 kiwi fruit
4 to 6 strawberries
1 orange peel, removed with a zester

Punch:
1 Strawberry-Kiwi Ice Ring
2 (12 ounce) cans lemon-lime carbonated beverage, chilled.
1 (46 ounce) bottle strawberry-kiwi blend or berry-blend carrot-base drink

Directions

Strawberry-Kiwi Ice Ring:

  1. Pour 1/2 cup white grape juice or bottled spring water into a 5 to 6 cup ring mold.

  2. Freeze.

  3. Peel and slice kiwi fruit. Remove stems and halve the strawberries.

  4. Arrange the sliced kiwi, strawberry halves and orange peel on frozen juice ring.

  5. Pour 1/2 cup white grape juice or bottled spring water over fruit.

  6. Freeze. Pour 2 cups white grape juice or bottled spring water over frozen mixture. Cover and freeze.

  7. To un-mold the ice ring, dip bottom of mold into hot water for a few seconds.

  8. Remove ice ring; wrap in plastic wrap and freeze until serving time.

Punch:

  1. Chill the strawberry-kiwi drink or berry-blend carrot-base drink.

  2. Pour the chilled drink into a punch bowl.

  3. Float strawberry-kiwi ice ring on top.

  4. Slowly pour lemon-lime beverage down side of punch bowl.

  5. Stir.

Note: You can make individual cubes instead of ice ring using an ice cube tray or smaller molds.
