Ingredients

1 frozen loaf white bread dough
1/3 to 1/2 pound sliced deli ham
4 ounces shredded Italian cheese
16 ounces ground sage sausage
3-4 slices provolone cheese
1 dozen pepperoni slices

Directions

  1. Grease cookie sheet.

  2. Thaw bread loaf for about 2 hours on cookie sheet.

  3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  4. Flour work surface and roll out bread dough, then move back on to cookie sheet.

  5. Brown the sausage.

  6. On the rolled dough, layer ham, shredded cheese, sausage, sliced cheese and pepperoni.

  7. Fold 2 edges in over ingredients, and roll from and unfolded edge to form a log. Pinch seams to seal.

  8. Place seam side down on baking pan.

  9. Sprinkle top with Italian seasoning.

  10. Bake for 15-25 minutes or until brown.
