1 unbaked pie crust
8 ounces sour cream
2 eggs
small onion, chopped
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon bacon bits
salt and pepper
1 tablespoon butter


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Saute onion in butter.

  3. In a mixing bowl, mix together sour cream, eggs, shredded cheese, bacon bits, salt, pepper and sauteed onion. Mix well.

  4. Pour it into pie crust.

  5. Bake for about one hour.

Eat up and enjoy!

that sounds really good but i would take out the sauteed onions and add ham, pepperoni, sausage, and extra cheese! NOW THAT SOUNDS WAY BETTER THEN WITH ONIONS OR VEGGIES BUT THAT IS JUST ME!

Yummo! This is very easy to make and is a crowd pleaser! I made it without the bacon bits this time, but next time I plan on adding some sautéed veggies!
