Dorothy's Peanut Butter/Butterscotch Noodle Cookie

Makes 30 cookies • From the kitchen of Deborah Hurtado for Dorothy Bales

Ingredients

3 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup peanut butter, chunky or creamy
1 package butterscotch morsels
1 package mini marshmallows
1 package Chinese noodles

Directions

1. Mix butter or margarine and vanilla in sauce pan over medium heat, coating edges well.

2. Add peanut butter, butterscotch morsels, and marshmallows mix until partially melted.

3. Quickly add Chinese noodles.

4. Drop by spoonful on wax paper to cool.

5. Hide them they go fast!!
