Chinese Christmas Cookies

Makes 4 dozen cookies • From the kitchen of Caitlin

Ingredients

6 ounces semi-sweet morsels
6 ounces butterscotch morsels
2 1/2 ounces chow mein noodles
7 1/4 ounces salted peanuts (without skin)

Directions

1. Melt morsels in microwave in large bowl.

2. Add noodles and nuts.

3. Drop on waxed paper by teaspoonful.

4. Chill in fridge.
