Festive Chocolate Truffles
Makes 20-40 candies • From the kitchen of Danielle
Ingredients
1/2 cup cream
1 cup chopped chocolate
1 cup cocoa powder or powdered sugar
Directions
In a microwave safe bowl mix together chocolate and cream, melt on high for 2 minutes, stirring often (or you can put in for a time appropriate for your microwave).
Once mixed together let cool in the fridge for 2-4 hours or overnight.
After it has cooled and hardened scoop out a teaspoon at a time of the chocolate then roll them into small balls, and roll them in the cocoa or sugar and let cool for another hour.
