Melting Moments

Ingredients
4 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons icing sugar
1/2 cup corn flour
1/2 cup plain flour
Orange Cream:
3 tablespoon icing sugar
1 teaspoon grated orange rind
1 teaspoon orange juice
1 tablespoon butter
Directions
Preheat oven to 3250 degrees.
Cream butter and sugar until fluffy, add flours and mix well. put mixture into piping bag with fluted tube.
Pipe stars on trays.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
Cool on trays, join biscuits with orange cream.
Orange Cream:
Beat butter until smooth gradually add icing sugar beat until creamy, beat in juice and rind.
