Mrs. Claus' Christmas & Holiday Drinks - Recipe for Eggnog

Eggnog

From the kitchen of Dan & Melanie Miller

Ingredients

1 pint half and half
1/2 pint of cream
1 quart milk
4 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon Rum
1 tablespoon Brandy
1/8 teaspoon salt
nutmeg

Directions

  1. Beat eggs, sugar, 1/2 and 1/2 and cream.

  2. Add milk, rum, brandy, salt and nutmeg.

  3. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

  4. Gets more "flavorful" with more time.
