1 (8 inch) graham cracker pie shell
1 package (8 ounce) cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1 container (8 ounce) whipped cream
3/4 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon rind
1 can cherries
Stir together cream cheese and sugar.
Gradually fold in whipped cream, and add the lemon juice and lemon rind.
Put mixture in pie shell and top it with cherries.
This is fabulous. I have been making it for the past 3-4 years ever since I found the recipe on here. It is a hit with the family for sure.
