Ingredients

1 (8 inch) graham cracker pie shell
1 package (8 ounce) cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1 container (8 ounce) whipped cream
3/4 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon rind
1 can cherries

Directions

  1. Stir together cream cheese and sugar.

  2. Gradually fold in whipped cream, and add the lemon juice and lemon rind.

  3. Put mixture in pie shell and top it with cherries.
