Pretzel Salad
From the kitchen of Santina Mullins Hale
Ingredients
3 cups crushed pretzels
1 1/2 sticks margarine
1 large tub Cool Whip
8 ounces cream cheese
1 large box of any flavor Jell-O
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Prepare Jell-O as directed, set aside.
Mix crushed pretzels and margarine in large baking dish, press down to form crust.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Let cool.
Pour Jell-O over pretzel crust, refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Mix Cool Whip and cream cheese together until well blended.
Pour over Jell-O.
Garnish with pretzel crumbs, if desired.
