Country Turkey Soup
Makes 8 1 1/4 cup servings • From the kitchen of Suzanne
Ingredients
2 cups cubed cooked turkey
2 cups Green Giant frozen mixed vegetables
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
9 cups chicken broth
4 ounces (2 cups) uncooked holiday-shaped pasta or medium egg noodles
Directions
In Dutch oven or large saucepan, combine all ingredients except pasta.
Bring to a boil.
Add pasta, return to a boil.
Reduce heat to low; simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
