1 1/2 cups of sugar
1/2 cups of margarine or butter
1/2 cup of shortening
2 eggs
2 3/4 cups flour
2 teaspoons Cream of Tartar (rounded)
1/4 teaspoon salt (rounded)
1 teaspoon baking soda (rounded)
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon (rounded)
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix sugar, margarine, shortening, and eggs. Stir in flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt. Take a round teaspoon. Dip into sugar and cinnamon. Bake 8-10 minutes.
