Mrs. Claus' Christmas & Holiday Appetizers - Recipe for Pineapple Cheese Ball

Pineapple Cheese Ball

Ingredients

2 blocks cream cheese
1 (15.5 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
1/2 cup finely chopped green onion
2 cups finely chopped walnut pieces

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine first 4 ingredients.

  2. Cover and place in refrigerator to chill for a minimum of 3 hours.

  3. Remove and form mixture into a ball. (Mixture will be soft)

  4. Cover with finely chopped walnuts.

  5. Cover with plastic wrap and return cheese ball to refrigerator to a minimum of 3 hours.

  6. Serve with club crackers.
