Chocolate Éclair Cake

From the kitchen of Emily Hargis



1 box of graham crackers
2 boxes of vanilla pudding
1 container of Cool Whip
3 1/2 cups milk
1 container of any flavor icing


Fill bottom of 9x13" pan with graham crackers. In separate bowl mix next 3 ingredients, then blend until smooth. Cover graham crackers with even layer of filling and then repeat this (the putting down graham crackers and covering them with the filling) until you are almost out the filling. Let set for about 5 minutes and then you should cover with icing. (make sure top layer is graham crackers).
