Miniature Cheesecakes

From the kitchen of Krissy

Ingredients

2 eggs
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
vanilla wafers
1 can pie filling (any flavor)

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Line muffin tins with paper liners.

3. Put one vanilla wafer into each paper liners.

4. Combine eggs, cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until creamy.

5. Top with wafer with cream cheese mixture and pie filling.

6. Bake for 15 minutes.
