Indian Tacos

Ingredients
3 cups flour
2 1/2 tablespoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
3 1/2 teaspoons Crisco shortening
1 3/4 cups hot water, add more if needed.
oil for frying
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Knead as you would for bread.
Cover and let sit for about 5 to 10 minutes.
Shape into golf ball size or a little bigger. Roll out like pancake size.
Put a little oil in a nonstick skillet and fry until golden brown. (You can cook without the oil too).
Add all of your favorite toppings: Chili or beans, cheese, tomatoes, lettuces, onions and/or hot sauce.
