Shrimp Mold

Ingredients

3 (3 ounce) packages cream cheese
1 can tomato soup
1 1/2 tablespoons gelatin
1 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup celery, chopped
3/4 cup onion, chopped
1 1/2 cups shrimp, chopped

Directions

  1. Soak gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water. Heat soup to boiling.

  2. Add gelatin and let cool.

  3. Add cream cheese and mayonnaise. Mix well.

  4. Fold in other ingredients.

  5. Put into 1 quart mold and chill.

  6. Best when spread on Triscuit crackers.
