Glazed Onions
Makes 4 servings • From the kitchen of Mark Moe
Ingredients
2 large Walla Walla sweet onions (or similar)
3 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons butter
Directions
Slice onions into about 1/2" thick slices.
Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat.
Place onions in butter and cover for 5 minutes or so.
Remove lid and turn over.
Sprinkle brown sugar over the top.
Cover for 2 minutes and remove from pan.
Let rest for 2-3 minutes. Serve (For softer onions cook longer)
