Glazed Onions

Makes 4 servings • From the kitchen of Mark Moe

Ingredients

2 large Walla Walla sweet onions (or similar)
3 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons butter

Directions

  1. Slice onions into about 1/2" thick slices.

  2. Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat.

  3. Place onions in butter and cover for 5 minutes or so.

  4. Remove lid and turn over.

  5. Sprinkle brown sugar over the top.

  6. Cover for 2 minutes and remove from pan.

  7. Let rest for 2-3 minutes. Serve (For softer onions cook longer)
