Inside Out Sheppard's Pie
Makes 4-5 servings • From the kitchen of Brandi Boggie
Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
2 cans veggie soup (Campbell's is best)
1 can tomato soup (Campbell's is best)
4 or 5 Potatoes, cooked and mashed
Directions
Brown and drain ground beef. Add veggie and tomato soups. Simmer 10 minutes.
Serve over mashed potatoes
