Nutcracker Potato Bake

Makes 12 servings • From the kitchen of Ashley Trask

Ingredients

1 bag hash browns
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small container sour cream
1/4 cup margarine
1/4 teaspoon onion, grated
salt and pepper
grated cheddar cheese
1 small bag crushed sour cream and onion potato chips

Directions

  1. Preheat oven at 350 degrees.

  2. Butter a large casserole dish.

  3. Combine the bad of hash browns, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, margarine, onion, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.

  4. Spread the mixture into prepared dish.

  5. Cover the mixture with the grated cheddar cheese, crushed chips, and pepper.

  6. Bake for one hour, or until brown and bubbly.
