Nutcracker Potato Bake
Makes 12 servings • From the kitchen of Ashley Trask
Ingredients
1 bag hash browns
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small container sour cream
1/4 cup margarine
1/4 teaspoon onion, grated
salt and pepper
grated cheddar cheese
1 small bag crushed sour cream and onion potato chips
Directions
Preheat oven at 350 degrees.
Butter a large casserole dish.
Combine the bad of hash browns, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, margarine, onion, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
Spread the mixture into prepared dish.
Cover the mixture with the grated cheddar cheese, crushed chips, and pepper.
Bake for one hour, or until brown and bubbly.
