Recipe Details

Bake Time:
20-25 minutes
12 servings

1 package (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
1 cup butter (softened)
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups flour
3 eggs
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 cup sugar
1 cup dark corn syrup
1 tablespoon flour
1 cup chopped pecans


  1. When ready to bake, preheat oven to 325 degrees.


  1. In large bowl, mix together cream cheese, 1 cup softened butter, salt and 1 cup flour, blend well.

  2. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

  3. Remove and roll into 12 equal size balls and place and press into muffin pan.


  1. In large bowl, mix together eggs, 1/4 cup melted butter, sugar, dark syrup, 1 tablespoon flour and pecans, mix well.

  2. Spoon mixture into muffin pan.

  3. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
