Ingredients

2 cups sugar
2/3 cup milk
1 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

  1. Butter a baking pan, size will depend on how thick you would like the fudge to be.

  2. Combine sugar and milk together in a sauce pan over medium heat.

  3. Mix well and stir until it starts to boil over medium heat to soft ball stage (234 degrees).

  4. Cook a smidgen over 234 degrees in humid weather to ensure fudge sets up.

  5. Add peanut butter and vanilla, mixing well.

  6. Pour mixture into prepared pan.

I believe I made this same fudge last year also,it's not working for me. It looks good, taste good BUT not firming up so I can cut into squares & serve. Dang it
