Ingredients
1 cup butter
1/3 cup sugar
2 teaspoon water
2 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup chopped pecans
Directions
When ready to bake, preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Cream butter sugar; add water and vanilla; mix well.
Add flour & pecans; chill 3-4 hours.
Shape in to balls or fingers.
Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet for about 20 min.
Cool slightly; roll in confectioner's sugar.
