Ingredients

1 pound tomatoes
5 fresh, green chilies
2 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup water
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped cilantro

Directions

  1. Put tomatoes, chilies, garlic, salt and water in a pot and boil. Boil for 7 minutes, take pot off the heat.

  2. Pour mixture into a blender and mix it.

  3. Then put in a bowl and sprinkle with the onion and the cilantro.

  4. Serve with chips.

  5. Refrigerate any remaining.
