Ingredients

1 cup icing sugar
1 cup Rice Krispies
1 cup crunchy peanut butter
3 tablespoons soft butter
1 cup icing sugar
small dish of shaved coconut
red or green food coloring

Directions

  2. Form mixture into little balls and set them aside on a plate.

  3. Put remaining icing sugar in bowl and slowly add enough water to bowl to make a thick liquid. (Don't allow mixture to become runny.)

  5. Immediately after dipping each ball into the mixture, roll the ball in the dish of coconut.

  6. Arrange on plates as you please and store in refrigerator.
