This is super easy and delicious! I have cut the caramel in small squares then dip them in dark chocolate, let them cool and then wrap in red and green foil candy wrappers! Very festive! Delicious either way. The caramel is soft and very tasty. You may have to experiment with the cooking time depending on your microwave.
