Mrs. Claus' Christmas & Holiday Fudge & Candy - Recipe for J's Cream Fudge

J's Cream Fudge

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 can (5 ounce) evaporated milk
1 jar (7 ounce) Jet-Puffed Marshmallow Creme
3 cups chocolate chips
1/2 teaspoons vanilla

Directions

  1. Lightly grease a 9x9x2 pan, set aside.

  2. Heat sugar, butter, milk and marshmallow creme in heavy pan over medium heat.

  3. Heat until mixture comes to a boil stirring constantly. Boil for 5 minutes.

  4. Add chocolate chips and vanilla stirring until chips are melted.

  5. Immediately spread into greased pan.

  6. Refrigerate and cut into squares.
