Chrissy's Hazel Nutty Nuggets
Makes 12 cups of nuggets • From the kitchen of Chrissy
Ingredients
1 jar (13 ounce) Nutella (chocolate hazelnut spread)
6 tablespoon unsalted butter
6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
12 ounce box of Crispix cereal
2 1/2 cups confectioner's sugar
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder for dusting
Directions
In a medium sized saucepan melt the Nutella, butter, and chocolate chips over medium low heat stirring occasionally; when melted, remove from heat source.
Place the Crispix in a large bowl and pour melted chocolate mix on top. Gently stir to coat evenly.
Combine the confectioners sugars and cocoa in a shifter and sift over the nuggets. Toss to coat evenly. Store in an airtight container until used.
