Total Time:

30 to 50
Good for parties/potlucks, Kid friendly, Quick & easy

2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup coconut

  1. Mix together crumbs, milk and chips until well blended.

  2. Roll into 1" balls, then roll in coconut.

  3. Repeat till mixture is gone.

I put them all on a cookie sheet then freeze them till they get hard (keep their shape this way) easier for storing after. Great to eat right out of the freezer.

Yummy.. I don't use the coconut and they are just perfect. I'll have to try with the coconut one day.
