Ingredients

12 baking potatoes
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 cups sour cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups fried onions

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

  2. Boil potatoes and mash. Stir in sour cream and garlic.

  3. Layer in baking dish: 2 cups potatoes 1/2 cup each shredded cheese and fried onions.

  4. Repeat until all ingredients are used.

  5. Bake for 10 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
