Ingredients

1 large egg
1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
2/3 cup brown sugar
2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
large can Libby's pumpkin pie mix
1 tablespoon cinnamon
2 large eggs
1/4 cup butter

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. In a medium sized bowl, mix together 1 egg, 1 stick melted butter, and yellow cake mix (before adding cake mix, reserve one cup and put it aside).

  3. Press this into a 9x13 glass pan.

  4. Then in a separate bowl, mix the can of pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk, brown sugar, 2 eggs, and the cinnamon.

  5. Pour this on top of the cake layer.

  6. Take the reserved cake mix and put a small bowl, mix in the 1/2 stick of butter; (you may want to heat the butter in the microwave for 10 seconds to soften, do not melt).

  7. Sprinkle evenly on top of the pumpkin layer.

  8. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, until the top will look baked.

  9. Cool.

Cut it and enjoy! It tastes really good plain and you can eat it cold or warm!
