Texas Beef Ball
Ingredients
3 packages Eckrich sliced beef (for lunch meat purpose-any brand will do)
3 packages Philly cream cheese (fat free does not set up as well)
2 tablespoons Accent
10 green onions, chopped (depending on size)
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Directions
Chop lunch meat.
Mix the rest of the ingredients thoroughly.
Stir in 3/4 of the beef lunch meat with this.
Shape into a ball, roll ball in remaining chopped meat and put in refrigerator to set up.
