Grandma Brodeurs English Rice Pudding
From the kitchen of Stanley Kulenski
Ingredients
1/4 cup rice (not instant or quick cook rice)
1/2 cup sugar
4 cups whole milk
dash salt (optional)
cinnamon to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Combine all ingredients.
Bake for 3 hours.
Stir 3 times the first hour only.
