Pistachio Bread
Ingredients
1 box yellow cake mix
1 box instant pistachio pudding
4 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup oil
cinnamon/sugar mixed, to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease a Bundt pan.
Mix together cake mix, pistachio pudding, eggs, sour cream and oil.
Pour 1/3 batter into pan. Sprinkle heavily with cinnamon/sugar mixture. Repeat layers.
Lightly sprinkle top with cinnamon/sugar mixture.
Bake 50-55 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
