Mrs. Claus' Christmas & Holiday Main Dishes - Recipes for Baked Haddock

Baked Haddock

Makes 4 servings

Ingredients

4 Haddock filets
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon chili peppers, ground
2 whole cloves of garlic, minced

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F.

  2. Mix salt, pepper and garlic together thoroughly. Rub on both sides of fish filets.

  3. Place in a buttered shallow baking dish.

  4. Combine butter, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce., reserve to baste fish.

  5. Bake for 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

  6. Baste fish with butter mixture every 5 minutes or so during cooking.
