Gingerbread Delight

Makes 1 batch

From the kitchen of Anonymous

3 little mini candy canes
1 batch homemade gingerbread dough
1/2 teaspoon vanilla frosting
1 cup chocolate frosting
1 cup assorted small candies (gumdrops, smarties, etc)

Make the gingerbread squares into a shape. Reindeers are very good. To make the reindeer, you need to take gingerbread dough and mold the head, legs and body but not the antlers or tail. Mold the reindeer in the pan and bake at whatever heat you would bake your normal gingerbread. Let it cool for 35-50 minutes. Once thoroughly cooled, spread chocolate frosting on all of the reindeer except the bottom of his legs. On the hooves, spread the white frosting. Randomly place the candies and put a red candy for the nose. Unwrap the 3 candy canes and put 2 on the head for antlers and 1 at the end for the tail. When it is finished, you can eat it or just look at it in aaaaaaaawwwwwwwwweeee !
