Ingredients

1 package 2 layer size devil's food cake mix, plus ingredients to prepare
4 tablespoons butter or margarine
1/4 cup peanut butter
2/3 cup brown sugar
1 cup coarsely chopped salted peanuts

Directions

  1. Prepare cake mix (according to directions) and bake in greased and floured 13x9x2 inch baking dish.

  2. Cream together butter/margarine, peanut butter and brown sugar. Stir in nuts.

  3. Spread mixture over warm cake. Broil 5 to 6 inches from top burner for 5 minutes or till frosting is bubbly. Serve warm.
