Cranberry Salsa

From the kitchen of Martha Lee Slocum

Ingredients

1 bag (12 ounce) fresh cranberries
juice from 1 1/2 limes
1/2 to 3/4 cup sugar
2 ounces scallions
4-5 slices jalapeno pepper
4 tablespoons fresh cilantro (or more to taste)

Directions

  1. So simple!! Pour all the ingredients in your food processor and coarsely chop.

  2. Chill for 30 minutes.
