2 sticks margarine
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups flour
1 1/2 cup potato flakes
Mix in order listed above. Roll into small balls, then roll balls in sugar. Flatten on ungreased cookies sheet. Bake at 350 degrees until light brown.
