Never Fail Fudge
Makes 48 pieces • From the kitchen of Makayla Lomi
Ingredients
2 1/2 cups sugar
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 small can evaporated milk
1 jar (7.5 ounce) marshmallow fluff
3/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon vanilla
1 large bag (12 ounce) semi-sweet chocolate pieces
Directions
Butter a 9 inch square pan and set aside.
Combine first 5 ingredients. Stir over low heat until blended.
Bring to a boil over moderate heat, careful not to mistake air bubbles for boiling.
Stir constantly for 5 minutes (to soft ball stage).
Remove from heat.
Stir in chocolate and vanilla until chocolate is melted.
Pour into prepared pan and let cool.
