Butter Cream

Ingredients

100g butter softened
225g icing (confectioners) sugar, sifted
30ml fresh milk
few drops of vanilla flavoring

Directions

  1. Beat butter until soft.

  2. Gradually beat in sugar and milk.

  3. Continue beating until a little thicker.
