Combine eggs, oil and strawberries in mixing bowl. Slowly add flour, salt, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon. Mix well. Add nuts (remember this is optional). Pour batter into 2 greased and floured 9x5x3" loaf pans. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour or untill toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. NOTE: This freezes very well.
