Laura's Thai Fry

This is an easy to cook stir fry. I make this all the time at home, and it tastes very good

Noodles (any of your choice)
Vegetables (chopped carrots, onions, bell peppers, etc.)
Meat (prawns, ham, chopped chicken) – optional
Thai 7 spice or Chinese 5 spice
Soy sauce – optional
Cook your noodles separately. Don’t cook them all the way through as you are adding them later.
While you are cooking the noodles, start cooking the meat/vegetables in a wok.
Now add soy sauce and the noodles to the wok with the vegetables in it. Add the spice of your choice.
Mix it all in the pan.
Serve and enjoy.
