Aunty Judy and Jed invented this recipe in Shirley's kitchen. We enjoy making this as a Christmas treat every holiday and decided to name it after Santa's reindeer.
Dairy‑free, Fun to make with kids, Gluten‑free, Kid friendly, Quick & easy, Vegan
1 cup chocolate chips
1 T coconut oil
Slice bananas in one inch pieces and arrange on wax paper.
Insert tooth pick in center and freeze until hard.
Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in microwave for 1-2 minutes.
Dip frozen bananas in melted chocolate.
Return to freezer. Enjoy!!
I made this with my grandchildren and they loved it. Easy to make and tastes great. Highly recommended 😊
